Construction Content: The production capacity of this project is 15 million springs per year. The process is purchased carbon steel, which is colored after wire drawing, spring rolling, tempering, shot blasting, and trimming. Coloring can be divided into spray molding and electrophoretic coloring to produce finished products.

Main environmental protection measures:

⑴ Wastewater treatment measures:

At present, our company's wastewater includes pre degreasing, degreasing, ultrasonic and clean water cleaning wastewater from the previous stage, electrophoresis line wastewater (including ultrafiltration wastewater), water spray wastewater, pure water machine wastewater, and domestic sewage.

Production wastewater (including pre degreasing wastewater, degreasing wastewater, ultrasonic cleaning wastewater, cleaning wastewater, electrophoresis line wastewater, water spray wastewater, etc.) is collected and discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network through regulation, Fenton catalytic oxidation, coagulation sedimentation and filtration. Domestic sewage is pretreated in septic tank and discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network. Finally, Cixi North Sewage Treatment Plant is entrusted for treatment and discharge. Pure water machine wastewater is used for greening and flushing in the factory area, and is not discharged externally. Water film dust removal wastewater is not discharged after sedimentation.

⑵ Waste gas treatment measures:

At present, our company's exhaust gases mainly include tempering exhaust gas, shot blasting metal particles, spray molding dust particles, spray molding solidification exhaust gas, electrophoresis exhaust gas (including electrophoresis tank exhaust gas and electrophoresis solidification exhaust gas), liquefied petroleum gas combustion exhaust gas, and canteen oil smoke exhaust gas.

Spraying dust is collected by the equipment's built-in recycling system and reused for production; The waste gas from plastic powder solidification, electrophoresis, and liquefied petroleum gas combustion is collected, sprayed with water, dehumidified, and adsorbed with activated carbon before being discharged through a 15m high exhaust funnel; After collecting the cooking fume exhaust gas from the cafeteria, it is treated by the cooking fume purification device and discharged through the flue above the roof of the building where it is located. Metal particles from shot blasting are collected and treated by water film dust removal.

⑶ Noise prevention and control measures:

The main noise generated during equipment operation is produced through enclosed solid wall workshops, which are blocked by walls to reduce the impact of production noise on the acoustic environment outside the factory boundary.

(4) Solid waste treatment measures:

The enterprise has built a specialized hazardous waste warehouse, with anti-seepage and anti-corrosion treatment on the ground. The warehouse has posted danger signs and awareness cards, and the settings comply with regulatory requirements.

Our company's hazardous waste mainly includes waste filter cotton, waste activated carbon, empty raw material barrels, and sludge from wastewater treatment stations; General solid waste mainly includes the sediment from the spray room after shot blasting waste gas treatment, the plastic powder recovered after plastic powder dust treatment, the waste ultrafiltration membrane generated after water purification, waste scraps, and household waste.

After collecting waste filter cotton, waste activated carbon, empty raw material barrels, and sludge from the wastewater treatment station, they are temporarily stored as hazardous waste in our company's hazardous waste warehouse. They are then collected and stored by Ningbo Novell Xinze Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Ningbo Xinze Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.), and then entrusted to downstream qualified units for harmless treatment.

Sediments from general industrial solid waste spray rooms, plastic powder recovered after dust treatment, waste ultrafiltration membranes generated after water purification, and waste scraps are sold to recycling enterprises for comprehensive utilization.

Domestic waste is entrusted to the sanitation department for regular cleaning and disposal.
